15 months to 3 years.  This 50 minute class is designed for parent and child participation.  The program introduces basic gymnastics skills through an age appropriate obstacle course which includes stations that will enhance your child's balance, strength, and motor development.  We also utilize music with directional cues at the beginning of each class to warm up to.  Your child will beam with joy as they are exposed to the first stages of gymnastics in our warm, friendly environment.
