Our Girls Gymnastics program is designed for girls ages 5 and up.  Girls progress through three levels of gymnastics training taught by our highly-skilled gymnastics coaches.

All classes are one hour long with a student/teacher ratio of 8:1.  Each class consists of a ten minute warm-up, 3 fifteen-minute gymnastics rotations and a 5-minute game time.  Girls train on all Olympic events (Vault, Bar, Beam, Floor) as well as trampoline.

Girls in Level 1 usually attend one class per week but may attend more if they desire.
