This 60 minute class is essential for all students wishing to improve their flexibility and get the most from their tumbling, cheerleading, dancing or gymnastics. Why is flexibility important? Physical therapists utilize stretching for clients not only as a means to recover from injury, but to help prevent common injuries in the first place.
